The title of "Concrete Skies" was quoted from my father when describing Syracuse.

The first voice over of Mahoney in the opening sequence of this film is, "This is Syracuse, New York, the land of the concrete skies".  My father gets credit for naming this film just from something he said to me at his office one morning.  This was my favorite movie to make because the characters were so interesting, the fight scenes were memorable and the acting had really stepped up a few notches.  Unfortunately there weren't any car chases but we didn't need them to tell a story.
